Create an account in our customer portal, upload your dog's vaccination records and sign the agreements. Your first booking is either a two-hour evaluation, if you want daycare, or an overnight stay, which does not need one. After the evaluation you can book daycare any time.
Training does not need an evaluation either; Brittany just does a quick meet and greet first.
Required: Bordetella, DHP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus), Leptospirosis and Rabies. Recommended: canine influenza. Leptospirosis is the one that catches most people out. Upload records in the portal or email them to info@sunroverdogdaycare.com.
Two hours on the play floor with our staff watching how your dog greets, plays and settles, so we know which group they belong in. It is $15, and it is free when you add a half day or a full day of daycare the same day. You only do it once.
Yes. One-on-one training with Brittany, our facility manager. Daycare + Training is $95: a full day of daycare with two hours of one-on-one training built in. A Two-Hour Session is $55: just the training, no daycare. Both are introductory prices while Brittany works toward her professional certification.

No. Boarding does not need one. The evaluation is only for daycare.
Not typically. Working with your dog away from their own turf makes training easier. If Brittany needs to meet you somewhere other than Sunrover, there may be a fee depending on where and how long.
Yes. We have three indoor play areas and group dogs by energy, size and temperament, moving dogs between groups through the day. A quiet ten-pound dog does not end up with a pack of rowdy labs.
Evenings are dinner, one more trip outside, then lights out in their own kennel, in a heated, camera-monitored building. Dogs sleep at night and the routine is built so they can do it undisturbed. Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overnight drop-off is any time from 11:00 AM until close; pick-up is by 11:00 AM.
24 hours' notice for daycare, 48 hours for boarding. Later than that and the stay is charged in full, because we schedule staff against the calendar.
