Current openings
Check-In Attendant (Part-Time)
(Front Desk // Intake)
Skills include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring vaccination records are up to date and contacting pet parents to remind them to update.
- Data entry (in order to input all of the information about our canine guests into the system so we can ensure the best experience)
- Ensuring Dog has had, or is scheduled for evaluation.
- Process charges for customers.
- Alert staff when a new canine customer has arrived and convey other relevant information. Alert staff when a canine customer's parents have come to pick them up.
- Responsible for scheduling and assisting with staffing as needed.
- Helping to clean the facility as needed.
- Ability to work in Gingr or similar dog daycare booking software.
- We may look to you to help with brand management/social media advertising.
- Customer service is key.
Canine Attendants (Part-Time // Full-Time)
(Supervising canine guests // ensuring a safe, fun, clean, and controlled environment)
Skills include but are not limited to:
- Supervising, controlling, and managing the dogs.
- Ensuring the safety of the playgroup.
- Cleaning and maintaining the playrooms and other areas of the facility.
- Willingness to be trained in various animal behavior including but not limited to recognizing specific animal behavior, canine body language, warning signs of danger, stress, or illness.
- You will also need to be willing to be trained in/perform pet CPR and pet first aid.
- Please be aware: this position is planned to be in an area that may or may not be on a constant live webcam stream so pet parents can check in on their pups.
- Able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
- Taking pictures/video and providing pet parents a re-cap of their pups day at the facility.
