Create an account in our customer portal, upload your dog's vaccination records and sign the agreements. Your first booking is either a two-hour evaluation, if you want daycare, or an overnight stay, which does not need one. After the evaluation you can book daycare any time.
Required: Bordetella, DHP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus), Leptospirosis and Rabies. Recommended: canine influenza. Leptospirosis is the one that catches most people out. Upload records in the portal or email them to info@sunroverdogdaycare.com.
Two hours on the play floor with our staff watching how your dog greets, plays and settles, so we know which group they belong in. It is $15, waived if they stay on for a day of daycare that same day. You only do it once.
No. A straight overnight stay does not need one. The evaluation is required for group daycare, including the daycare that comes with a multi-night stay.
Yes. We have three indoor play areas and group dogs by energy, size and temperament, moving dogs between groups through the day. A quiet ten-pound dog does not end up with a pack of rowdy labs.
Not always through the night unless we have a dog that has a medical need. We do a final feeding and potty break between 7 and 8 PM, settle everybody into their own space, keep the cameras on and check in. Someone is back on site at 7:30 the next morning.
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overnight drop-off is after 11am; pick-up is by 11:00 AM.
24 hours' notice for daycare, 48 hours for boarding. Later than that and the stay is charged in full, because we schedule staff against the calendar.
